For readers who renew everything twice. The front of this navy cap carries a tiny library card — a rectangle with ruled lines and a date stamp — and the word overdue beside it in a typewriter-style capital. It is small, a little nerdy and easy to wear every day.

The cap is an unstructured six-panel dad cap with a curved brim and an adjustable back strap, so one size fits most adults. Embroidery is in ivory and antique gold thread on navy.

You can swap the word “overdue” for another short word of up to eight letters — shh, reader, chapter or a name — by writing it in the Order notes box at checkout. We stitch it in the same typewriter capitals.
