This page is the map of threadwell.shop. The full list of collections and pages appears just below, generated automatically so it is always current. Underneath it you will find a guide to how the shop is organised — by garment and by theme — what each help and policy page is for, and the quickest route to the answer you need, whether you are choosing a monogram, checking a size or following a parcel to Calgary.

Finding your way, at a glance

How the shop is arranged

Every Thread Well piece lives in at least two places. It belongs to a garment collection — what you will actually wear — and to one or more theme collections — what the embroidery is about. A mama crewneck with names down the sleeve sits in both Crewneck Sweatshirts and Mama & Family; a “read to them” top that comes as a tee, crewneck or hoodie appears in all three garment collections as well as in Teacher & School and Bookish Embroidery. So you can start from either direction and end up at the same product page.

All collection addresses begin with /collections/, and every product address begins with /products/. The Shop page lists every piece at once if you would rather scroll through the whole range.

Garment collections

What you will find in each garment collection
CollectionWhat it holdsSizes
Crewneck SweatshirtsUnisex crewnecks with monograms, names, bookish lines, birds, pumpkins, tree farms, teacher apples and moreS–3XL
Hoodies & Quarter-ZipsPullover hoodies with lined hoods and quarter-zip pullovers with stand collarsHoodies S–3XL, quarter-zips S–2XL
Embroidered TeesUnisex tees with left-chest names, pocket-outline motifs and full-chest designsS–3XL
Hats & BeaniesUnstructured dad caps with an adjustable strap and a cuffed knit beanieOne size

Not sure which garment suits the person you are buying for? Crewnecks are the classic choice for monograms and are easy to layer; hoodies are the cosiest; quarter-zips look a little more polished; tees work all year and under cardigans; caps are the simplest gift when you do not know a size.

Before you order: the pages that help you choose

FAQs

The FAQs answer the questions we hear most: how to write a monogram in the right order, which thread colours are available, what happens if a name is too long, how unisex sizing runs and how to wash embroidery. Start here if you have a quick question.

Size Guide

The Size Guide explains how to measure a sweatshirt, hoodie or tee you already own and compare it, how to choose between two sizes, and how to pick a size for someone else. Every product page links to it from the size options.

Help Center

The Help Center is the hub for every support topic, arranged by the stage of your order — choosing, personalising, paying, waiting, receiving and returning — with a link to the page that covers each one.

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods page explains how payment works at checkout, that prices are in US dollars, and what happens if a payment is declined.

After you order: following your piece

Order Tracking

Order Tracking lets you look up your order with the order number and email address from your confirmation, and explains what each order status means while your piece is being embroidered and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery covers where we ship (the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, free with no minimum), the 1–3 business days of processing, the 7–14 business days in transit, and what to do if a parcel seems late.

Cancel or Change an Order

Typed “Kaitlyn” when you meant “Katelyn”? Cancel or Change an Order explains how to fix a name, a size, a colour or an address within 24 hours of ordering.

If something is not right: returns and refunds

Two separate pages cover this, because they answer different questions:

  • Returns & Exchanges is about the process: the 60-day window, how to request the free return label, how to pack the piece, and how exchanges for another size work.
  • Refund Policy is about the money: what is refunded, where it goes (your original payment method or store credit that never expires), and the 7 days we take after receiving your return.

Contact Us lists our email address, support@threadwell.shop, and our postal address in Franklin, Wisconsin; we reply within 24 hours on business days. Submit a Ticket offers ready-made email subjects for common requests so your message reaches the right place with the details we need. About Us explains who we are and how we work.

Reading a product page

Every product page follows the same order, so once you know one you know them all. At the top are the images and the title. Below the price come the options: Size (with a link to the Size Guide beside it), Color for the garment, and on some pieces a Thread Color, a Placement (Left Chest or Full Chest) or a Style (Tee, Crewneck or Hoodie). Choosing an option updates the price where it changes — for example 2XL and 3XL, Full Chest, or a hoodie instead of a tee. Just above the Add to cart button is a short reminder that personalisation goes in the Order notes box at checkout. Under the button you will find our commitments in one line each — free shipping, 60-day returns with a free label, refunds within 7 days of receiving your return — each linked to the page that explains it. The Description tab tells you what the design looks like, how many letters fit, which thread colours are used by default and how to care for the piece.

Using the menu and search

The main menu at the top of every page mirrors this map. Monograms opens the Monogram & Name collection directly. Shop by garment lists the four garment collections plus All pieces. Bookish goes straight to the reader’s collection. Themes opens Hobby, Holiday, Mama & Family and Teacher & School. Help holds the support pages, and About explains who we are. On a phone, tap the three-line icon at the top left to open the same menu; the search icon sits beside the cart at the top right.

The search box works best with a single descriptive word: “monogram”, “hoodie”, “teacher”, “garden”, “ghost” or “mama”. It searches product names and descriptions, so a garment colour such as “sage” or a placement such as “left chest” will also bring up matching pieces.

If you cannot find something

If a link you followed from somewhere else lands on a “page not found” message, the piece may have been retired or renamed. Try the collection it belonged to, use the search box, or write to support@threadwell.shop with what you were looking for and we will point you to the closest match. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Accessibility of this site

Every page on threadwell.shop can be navigated with a keyboard: press Tab to move between links and buttons, and a gold outline shows where you are. Product options are real buttons with text labels, so screen readers announce “Size: M” or “Color: Sage” rather than a colour swatch alone. If any part of the shop is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, tell us at support@threadwell.shop and we will help you by email and look into the problem for the next visitor.

A note on empty collections

New designs are added over time. If a collection is ever empty while new pieces are on the hoop, it stays out of the automatic list above until it has something to show, so every link on this page leads somewhere useful.
